Stretch Pose

Bridge Pose or Ardha Purvottanasana is a whole body exercise that aids in metabolism. Sit with legs bent, feet flat, and hands behind you.Lift chest and hips until you have a parallel line from shoulders to knees.
Yoga Mudra
Yoga Mudra, also known as Yogasana, is a pose that increases brain circulation. Sit on your heals, bend forward touching the forehead to the ground and interlace fingers behind your back. It also heals the effect of drugs.
Camel Pose
Camel Pose, or Ustrasana, is a powerful heart-opening backbend in Kundalini Yoga. Kneel with knees hip-width apart, place hands on heels, and arch your back while lifting the chest.
Tree Pose
