Inspirational

Inspiration refers to the experience of being mentally stimulated to create, think or act in a particular way. It is often described as a sudden burst of creativity or motivation that leads to the emergence of new ideas, insights, or perspectives.

Recenty someone pointed out that inspiration actually means breathing in. This makes the essence of this concept much clearer. Breathing seems so ordinary, but without it there is no life, no creation.

I have learned to pay attention to my breathing and to actively influence it. It helps me as an anchor to the here and now, to be more aware of what is happening at the moment on an emotional level. I also experience it as a powerful way to learn to let go and feel more balance.
